So there I am watching the movie "The In-Laws" with my wife when all of a sudden, during the scene where Michael Douglas visits the arms dealer with Albert Brooks, they pan by what has to be a red Ferrari Testarossa (at least that is what it looked like) with the nicest looking wheels I have ever seen...in fact, I am dying to find out if anyone else has seen this shot in the movie and knows who makes those wheels...I have got to order them!!! I don't have Tivo or I would have replayed that scene a million times to try and get a better look...anyone else out there have a clue???

    Cheers,
    Travis

THAT'S the name i was trying to remember... i posted a thread about it a while ago, but then i recently posted a "Movies Spotters Thread" for exactly this reason...

The car in the movie is a 512 TR; i don't remember what the wheels looked like, or whether they were stock or not... best thing is to just rent the movie and pause it on the scene, take a picture and post it here... Unless someone else knows a better way...

No problem Travis. BTW, I love your black TR, and really like the glass engine cover. Black TR's are just understated MEAN. If I ever got one, I'd try and get the plate DRKHRSE

I posted in another thread about those wheels also.
Take a look at this pic - they appear to be the magnesium speedline wheels used on the Saleen.....?

I love that movie...'fat cobra' bit is sooooo funny. BTW, it is a testarossa and not a 512TR. There are two shots where you can appreciate the front fascia, and it is clearly a testarossa with painted body trim.
