Goodmorning from Denmark,

Tina and I will soon be joining Lenny and Roel at Tina's parents house for breakfast, and soon after, Lenny and Roel will be traveling home again after a wonderful and nice weekend with lots of fun and nice "late evenin talks" and a few drinks.....I think we haven't really had time for heavy drinking, since the talking and laughing went very well, and we had lots to talk about!!!
Yesterday afternoon when we arrived at home after a picnic trip to Fuenen, Roel had a certain nice, and for him very surprising experience, and he had a very big smile on his face for the rest of the eveining, so I think he kind of liked that experience!
We will post pics and a little write up of our meeting after Leny and Roel have arrived safe and well back home in Roermond this afternoon or evening!

I will be off for now for breakfast!!!

Just before I had my dinner I got an SMS that Lenny and Roel has arrived safe and well back home in Roermond, after a long drive !!!
Thanks for the SMS Roel, and thanks for a great and wonderful weekend-meeting!!!

 

Really looking forward to some hot summer days (+nights ) and seeing some more F-cars outside!!!

Hi Tina,
yes trip went very well. After Hamburg it was sunny again and now in Roermond it is about 19 degrees and sunny too. Hope you didn't had to much rain today?? Only a little bit "stau" between Osnabruck and Munster.

Also thank you very much for the VERY WARM welcome at your place. We felt like home and it was like we know eachother for years allready. Also a very special thanks to your parents. You father for the nice suprise and the great stories about his car and travels trought europe. Your mother for making it "cosy" for us, breakfasts and ofcourse the great dinner yesterday evening. Please say "hi"to her and stil a little bit sad we couldn't say "bye"to her this morning.

 

We are waiting for the kids now. My parents were not at home.
They were eating with the kids somewhere and will bring them soon.

Glad to hear that We had a little rain, but nothing serious Now it's sunny again and warmer. And they promise warmer weather for the rest of the week

Well it was very easy to welcome you this way... because like you said... it felt like we have known eachother for a long time

*LOL* yes a lot of stories from my father Sometimes he's too much.
And my mother loves to make people feeling welcome and at home, so she did what she does best
But i'm glad they treated you both very well

It was all our pleasure to meet with you and your lovely wife Lenny, and we really also imidiately felt that we went very well along with you, and we had absolutely no problems talking or joking each other......very relaxed and nice meeting alltogether! I'm so pleased to hear that you felt the same way, and I'm sure we will meet again....next time it's our turn to "break down your home"
Still I'm sad that I had to surrender for your unbelieveable skills as a GT4 driver
