    Hi,

    Many of you viewed my prior post, highlighting what at the time was a perfect pair. Well, the perfect pair broke up. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=282952

    My CS needed a soul mate, not just a partner. What better soul mate is there for a CS than a Scud? Picked her up Friday. 09, Rosso Corsa, 1,000 miles premium sound, NAV, Bluetooth and a black full leather interior with Red Stitching. I liked the interior. Fairly unique for a Scud.

    Never driven the CS so how does the Scud compare to it?

    I like both cars, but to me they are very different.

    Obvious: Scud has more power, feels bigger, more modern, less body roll. F1 on the Scud is significantly smoother. Exhaust note is better to my ears, on the CS. More growl. The Scud is more higher pitched.

    Less Obvious: Scud has quite a bit more grip when you abuse it on sharp corners, feels a little heavier and more solid. Cleaner launch, tighter steering. The Auto mode on the Scud is useless, I wish I could disable it. CS doesn't have Auto.

    All of this being said, if I was forced to choose, I like the CS better. It just has more soul, for lack of a better word. I get goosebumps when the exhaust opens up. It's just loose enough on the track to cause a little bit of excitement. The total driving experience of the CS just grabs me harder.

    That Scud is GORGEOUS! I prefer the scud without a stripe. The interior looks fantastic as well.
