Is the white one a 1996? thanks for great pictures of that one!

and, there really are not "generations" of the SV (more like annual changes)

the 1995-96 were lightweight, no leather, no airbags, low price, not for USA (and tiny production, fewer than 70 not including the SVR)

    the 1997.5 added airbags

the 1998-99 became much more luxurious, full leather, no longer light-weight, front lifting shocks, much higher price, added VVT engine (for emissions compliance that allowed sales in USA) and Kelsey-Hayes ABS (and 18" front tires)

the 1999 changed headlights, due to EU pedestrian safety regulation, became flush rather than popup and added fuel immobilizer if not disarmed and there was a a variety of interior trim arrangements as parts were allowed be depleted by Audi/VW without being replenished

Yes JTSE30, according to the owner it's one of the only 14 Diablos produced in 1996. It had the SV stickers in black, but they were recently replaced by orange ones, mathing the orange SV logos on wheels and all interior stitching.

I count more than 40 SV produced in 1996, 18 with TLA12* Chassis, the later after August vacation with VLA12* chassis numbers.

Maybe the thread gathers some momentum and some useful resources. Here is my ex-Japan 92 5.7. Sold new (as a red car) in Germany. I have had it for about a year. Fun project.

    6.0 wheels cover 6.0 brakes.
