I'm sure we'll hook up at some point, this summer, maybe even at the next F-chat meet as Andrew suggest, who knows, still 3 months till middle of April.

But it would be nice to have some new snow up north so the Skiing improves.

As for driving in winter, just the one time drive,
no snow, no salt, no rain, lots of warm sun, why not giver an old fashion tuneup.

just herd from ym friend in Pine hill Near St-Sauveur...said he saw a Maser cambio corsa near burbon north......said it was either black or dark blue....but he was drinking soooooooooooo...indeed....

 

The warm weather of the past week has been nice, but you can bet we're going to pay for it soon enough! Kevan, great shots of the 'beater' out and about. I remember seeing your car on the Queensway in the fall, which was definately the highlight of that day.

I'll add a couple more spots in the past week. Dark red Q-port on Yonge near St. Clair on wednesday. Lots of 996/997's out winter-beatin' it. No Conti GT's though....i think its relinquished its title. My vote for the new winter beater champ is the CLS. Also, my ex saw a yellow 360 on Thursday. Possibly the spider that was mentioned early in the thread.

Oh, and for some second-rate showroom spotting, there's a stunning red Murcie roadster at Lambo TO, parked nose to nose with the orange Gallardo SE. That pair is about as sublte as the Coors Light twins...

 

Yup, that Roadster is one of 8 in Canada (in that colour). The SE was amazing, a bit over the top for my tastes... Anthony told me the Roadster was in there about 2 weeks ago. I should chekc it out before its gone!

 

8 in that colour? Damn, I would think there is about 8 in total Murcie Roadsters in Canada.

 

There is a Red Murcielago Roadster at John Scotti. It's been there for pretty long also.

 

They are my Dad's cars and are registered in Ontario... The F430 Spider is in Florida for the winter though.

 

o, tru, but ur 430 is still sick man, i think its nicer then the 550 although they are rarer.

I heard there are 2 in ontario, red and orange. I have pictures of both of them.

 

I remember spotting the first one in North America on a October morning getting on the 403 from Mavis heading East. It was a phenonmenal sight. If I recall it was a yellow one.

 

When driving to MTL, i saw one just outside of toronto Flying past me the other way.... this was about september IIRC

 

The orange one is in Toronto...more specifically Vaughan I believe. I met the owner and drooled over the car at the Toyota dealer at Yonge/16th this summer when I took the Viper to the exotic car wash and show.

As a sidenote, I also snagged Damon Allen's autograph there, and even he was envious of the murc!

 

Awesome. I think I forgot to mention that I was referring to October 2004 not 05.

 

Yay. Finally im able to get my Permit But i won't be going to take my test until the first week of February.

LOLLL Thanks Bernie... Appear older you say? No problemo. Im going to get my Permit January 30th. So i plan on doing Drivers Ed which after 8 months allows me to get my Full liscense, So thats about October.
