    Haven't heard of ULEZ yet? It's in the UK, particularly large areas of London. The government set up emissions zones so even if your car is licensed and smogged if it goes into one of those zones and it's not on the approved list you have to shell out 12 Pounds and change for the day trip into the Zone .I was wondering if a lot of Ferrari owners already find their car excluded? Do we have to worry that the eco-warriors will import the same plan to the US, particularly California? I can see some politician making those zones a big part of his platform.
