    Hi all.

    I have no idea why we have this part !!

    They only made 14 cars and only 2 of them had the steering wheel on the correct side !!

    Any takers ?!!

    That's pretty amazing!!!! Can't you just call all 14 owners and ask 'em??LOL

    I'd paint it out as a wall hanger myself! Aluminum or steel?

    How much $$?

    Steel - aluminum does not rust.

    Having a spare part is wiser than not having one; in case it might be needed. One funny thing is that Ferrari parts catalogue shows a part number for 250GT/E interim RHD-dashboard. AFAIK, only one RHD car was built in beginning of 2nd series when this dash was supposedly used. How many of those have you got :eek:)

    That doesn't look like a dash to me, it looks like a nose cone. Insert headlights on both sides, grille in the middle.

    I think you have stumbled across the remains of California #15 !!!
    I think it can be restored. We just get in touch with one of those Italian custom coachworks and tell them what we need for the rest of the bodywork. A frame should be easier than the body. An engine should be even easier. Shouldn't take more than a week or two to have it rolling down the road.

    I believe one of those 14 cars is lacking the popup driving lights. Maybe you could find the owner of that car and convince them him or her that they need those driving lights!

    I believe the Cal missing the driving lights had the front end replaced in the late 60s, they were probably looking for that exact part and you had it all the time.

    I have found the part numbers for this !!

    It is only £1600, about $2560

    AND, we also have the doors and front and rear fenders too !!!

    Amazing !
