I hate to say this, but a lot of it depends upon the prior history of the car. Appearances can be misleading, but do some research and see what maint. history the car has... No Ferrari is inexpensive to maintain, but a 348 could be a handfull if it hasn't been well taken care of, however, the 355 has more potential to rape you big time if valves or spider tops go bad... Try asking about it in the 348 section too, someone may know the car and be able to comment. If it has any maintenance history it looks like a pretty good deal.
Ask the dealer to compare this one to the 91 348 for $20,000 more, could be enlightening. Definitely worth a good PPI if you are thinking of buying.
