430 Time to replace F430 manifolds

Thanks for the quick reply! What penetrating oil did you use? I usually use Liquid Wrench or PB Blaster, but I don't see them available in Portugal, I'm considering using Liqui Moly 7390 Pro-Line Quick Rust Remover.

 

I love this stuff. Never found anything better.

Thanks for the tip on the extractor socket, do you recall the size that you used for the stud? I'll get one just in case.

What about using 430 Challenge manlifolds?

 

people have used these with good success - not sure how they compare to capristo or AP etc.
