A bit of an odd question, but I have some 20x9 and 20x10.5 wheels that I want to put some smaller and harder tires on so I can slide the back end out easier. I miss being able to do that with my factory wheels.

Right now I have 245/30/20 and 305/30/20 PS4S. I was thinking about putting 285/30/20 on the back. It would be 0.2 in shorter in diameter than stock.

Would that difference set off my traction control?

I agree with tazdandjan. You think you can slide a 360? Set off traction control?

This is actually for my F430. Not talking about drifting. I can get the back end loose if I really try at full throttle etc. I just enjoyed swinging the back around corners with minimal throttle when I had the OEM wheels on. Being able to break the back end free is one of the reasons I enjoy the F430 over my AWD Gallardo. I just think the Michelin tires I have are too sticky and too wide to do that easily.

I quit trying to do that in my 360. Got tired of snap spinning it.
