    This site is run by the direct mail organization and the linked page is a form to stop a lot of junk mail to your house, kind of like the "do not call" list.

    I heard about this years ago and finally stumbled upon it as it was linked in an article from a financial web site.

    I prevent junkmail by NEVER using my real email address for registering anything. Any registration that requires email confirmation gets my hotmail address which i really dont care about.

    Simply dial 800 4OPT OUT. I get just about zero junk mail and CC solicitations. It's good for two years.
