    This coming monday the local group of Tifosi will be at TBC Indoor Karting (Regal Row and I35E). We'll be racing the go karts, kicking the tires, and we usually grab a bite to eat afterwards.

    I know there's some of you in the area who are lurking here. Come on out and have some fun. You don't need to be a member of the Ferrari Club of America to go karting, and you don't need to own a Ferrari. We're just car guys.

    The karting costs about $30 for 3 races, and then whatever you wish for food. We start around 6:30 pm (usually on track around 7) and we should be done there before 9:00 pm.

    Is this a regular first-monday thing? I'd like to come in my car (64 330 2+2) but it wont be out of the body shop till mid-to-late next week so I guess I'll wait til Feb.

    Second Monday of each month. February 9 would be the next one.

    You don't need to bring the car, you're more than welcome to show up without it.

    I'd be up for it buy then. These are electric karts, is that correct?

    Spook, leave the car at the body shop, come race with a bunch of Ferrari nuts. I haven't decided if I'm going to drive my car or not tomorrow night, but I'll be there!

    Thanks for the invitations! If I can get over there in time I will come. If not, in Feb. I just like an excuse to take my car out. Is it a place where you would feel safe parking your Ferrari?

    Especially yes if we get the covered parking, I never heard back from the TBC guy though. Just watch out for Jim E and Greg S doing burnouts inside the garage for echo effect. :)
