Torque specs for engine reinstall and oil thoughts

Hello all. Finally getting to the point of driving the Mondial again after reinstalling the motor. Does anyone have a good torque spec for the subframe bolts. Can't seem to find a definitive answer. Also what are everyone's thoughts on using 20W-50 oil. All new valves on the top end but still a 69k mile lower end. I use Shell Rotella T 20W-50 in alot of my older stuff and it is quite hot here in SC. Thanks in advance.
