Not quite sure what you mean by "CROSS REFERENCE", but by your location/connector arrangement description I'd say it's the AC ECU. What's the "...PROBLEM I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR."?

MY CAR INTERMITLY DIES, I TRACKED IT DOWN TO A ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. I FOUND INSIDE THIS RELAY A BAD SPOT ON THE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD I MADE A TEMPORY REPAIR . THE CAR RAN FOR ABOIUT 10 MINIUTS THEN DIED MY TEMP REPAIR BROKE. THEIR WAS ALSO A BROKEN TRANSTOR. THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 9 MOUNTHS. I CHANGE THE FUSE PANEL, 2 WATER SENDING UNITS, COIL MODUALS, CLEANED ALL ELECTRICAL CONECTION, IN STALLED DIE ELECTRIC GREASE, I EVEN REMOVED THE DASH AND KEY ASSEMBLY TO LOOK FOR POSSIBLE SHORTS. THAT WAS NOT AN EASY THING TO DO.THIS RELAY DOES SOMETHING WHEN I FIRST TURN ON THE KEY.

Unfortunately, I can empathize with your frustration having been on a couple of long TR electrical gremlin hunts myself. I'm fairly familiar with the TR wiring diagram book, and would be glad to see how/if the AC ECU wiring could interact with the things (injection/ignition) needed to keep the engine running. There might be some places you could make some voltage checks if you're comfortable with that. What year/version is your TR?
