Trying to bait a scammer.

Guys this is what i propose to do if ok with you? i intend to send Frank a picture of the car i want painting, now i dont want to keep this scammers money/painting, so if any of you guys want a painting of your car put a photo here for me to send to frank together with a bid, when the time comes to send Frank the picture, whoever is the highest bidder wins, i will try and get that picture replicated to a painting, i will then send the painting to the highest bidder, the winner will then send me the money and i will donate it to a charity of my choice, if this sounds OK please let me know.

Dear Frank.

There is no need for you to become a car dealer my friend, what i want you to do is look for private sales maybe in a local paper or the internet, it is no good looking at a dealers as there is not enough profit to be made, all dealers are crooks sorry to say.

Frank my friend do a bit of searching around local garages and ask any locals if they have spotted a rare type of car, my other agent in your country Fadula spotted a Ferrari F40 in a garage just a mile from where he lives, now i know that the Ferrari F40 is a common Ferrari and nobody wants them but Fadula still received $7000 for finding this car, i have attached the photos of him finding the car for you to see.

About the artist, perhaps concentrate on that first? once you find one i will send you a photo that he/she can paint, maybe the money you receive for the painting will help in your hunt for the cars?

Frank my friend i still need that questionnaire i sent you together with the ID i asked for, without these i cant really hire you as an agent and certainly wont be able to send out a payment to you without them.

I have seen the artist, you can send the picture you want to be painted for you to confirm his level in art work.

My scanning machine is bad and can't print or scan. I can only fill your form when i put the machine in order. I do not have the finance to push hard accordingly here, i want you to send 100 pounds to me through western union if i must represent you effectively. If i receive the money i will be able to put my scanning machine in order immediately and then get the form across to you, the money will also mobilize me to properly manage the artist.

Call me to pass urgent information, i can only check my mail later in the day. Thanks for your understanding.
