    Hi guys ,

    I need your help can somebody post a picture of the gas cover lid inside. My Unleaded Fuel Only sticker was removed when I had the car repainted 2 years ago . Ordered the sticker from Ricambi and I can’t remember we’re the sticker is placed inside the gas cover lid .

    I have never seen an Unleaded Fuel sticker on a Mondial. Curious if there is one!?

    Yes, my Swiss model has the same sticker placed exactly the same.

    The euro cars did not have cat converters, and could use leaded gas. The UK only had unleaded available in very small quantities starting in 1988 with lead gradually phased out completely only by 2000. Switzerland had introduced unleaded in 1985, and had a 65% market share by 1992.

    The US phase started in 1984 with a leaded gas ban in the City of Chicago. The use of lead in the US and its phase out is a pretty interesting health story.
