I agree if I was in the market for a 430, this one would attract my attention quick.
Most Ferrari owners understand the history/maintenance records is part of the price.

I got my service records from the Prior owner (private owner) in a 3 ring binder, that lets me know what he thought of the car.......and how he took care of it.
One dealer told me (non-Ferrari) they shredded all prior records for privacy reasons.
But my last rental car had the contracts from the last 4 renters in the glove box.
I gave them to the rental company when I turned in the keys, I mentioned they may want to file/destroy them. Home addresses phone # etc all right there. The kid had a really strange look on his face ;)
I took my copy home and shredded it.

Also, most know that keeping them in a neat and organized manner help with a sale in the future. I had Algar print out all the old service records on the 360 I bought from them, then I kept them, along with every scrap of paper associated with my time as an owner, in a 3 ring binder. My buyer reviewed them, talked to Algar, and bought the car. 1st guy who looked at it.

Did the same thing with the Dino and sent a big old binder full of stuff to UroTrash when he bought it, sight unseen. (but after, as I recall, reviewing all the docs as a .pdf that I emailed him.)

priced right - they dont budge much if at all
beautiful car, id go for it if its had the headers and f1 solenoid replaced. If neither has been addressed then tread carefully.
the silver one they have is nice too

Maybe one day Ferrari will provide an owners portal like Toyota that provides a high-level of all services completed for the life of the vehicle at an authorized dealer.
