    Ah, no didn't shut it off, hehe. It looks like it though, I think it had something to do with the camera pointing directly at the sun ahead, not sure how that happens with a digital camera.

    Very cool video the only thing that keeps my feet on the ground is the way i fly my Radio Controlled planes. I would be afraid of snapping the plane in half LOL

    That's awesome. I can't wait to take lessons again. I'll probably start the end of next year. I want to wait until I can afford to fly on a regular basis and be safe.

    Chasing clouds is a lot of fun.
    Reminds me of a similar USAF T-38 vid reading 'High Flight' in the back ground.
    Very nice. Wish they had digital cameras back when I had the SNJ.

    YES! the infamous roll he did on it's maiden flight! that was incredible to see I'm sure, that video never gets old.

    My god I havent seen that video yet! What other airliner could do that roll? None of these disposable Airbuses :) What a pilot too! Too bad those days are over :(

    Nice flying STEEDA! Im a prospective airline pilot as well :)

    For those who might be wondering about the picture, Tex Johnson, the legendary Boeing test pilot, was flying the B707 on its maiden flight over Seattle. The assembled Boeing top brass had assembled watching on the ground - so he thought he would show of what the plane would do - so he rolled the plane for them! It did it so well that he actually rolled it AGAIN.
    Upon landing he was not fired, but asked not to do that again.


    Tex Johnson and the Boeing 707 - incredible pilot, incredible plane.

    hey thats a great vid!!!! i love aircraft and flying. i have been with GULFSTREAM for almost 6 years. now that my FAA A& P license is done i plan on earning a pilots license....... ( a 308 must come first though!)

    Awesome video! That music is entirely apt to diving in and out of the clouds, there is no other feeling like that on earth! I have some stills of doing that in a Diamond Kaytana I will try to dig up.

    Steed....Shame on you for breaking FAA Regs for proper cloud separation while flying VFR!.....Pretty cool though! Keep up the fun flying!
