Are you talking about the carbon ones that recline I have a black set with tracks near perfect condition and know of another set local to me in average condition. I was going to use them but of the price is right .
Hen's teeth, never herd that one but I'm a city slicker With the F40 guys in search of them they can get pricey. Right now I would not let mine go for less then 10. Try looking 5 years from now

I purchased my tan set (in extremely close to perfect condition) years ago with the intent to sell for profit. I mounted one in the F355 to take some photos for the ad..........it never came out.
And I paid $900 for a pair of beat up but serviceable 348 Challenge seats and $1800 for a set of OEM Speedline Challenge wheels about 6 years ago! Unfortunately, these ships have long since sailed The F40/348SS seats are p-r-i-c-e-y in today's market . . . much like the above parts I mentioned.
