They should of won against Roumania, Goal disallowed end of 1st half.

If they beat France in the last game and Roumania doesn't win they are thru to 1/4's tho they will have to play Holland again in Semis so not looking quite so good.

 

Going to need a miracle from here, already beating France is going to be interesting and tough, my brother_in_law is French, so will have to put up with a toungue-bashing/ear-burn on top of that if the Azzurri fail........again!

First, they'd have to beat the french then win the quarter to have another crack at the dutch. I have no loyalty in this tournament but you have to appreciate the bravado of the dutch in the way they counter attack and play with so much pace, brilliant to watch!

 

Won't fix current situation [which would need a miracle] but a bright future for the brotherhood

What about Turkey! Italy v Spain will be interesting, I think the Italians have the grit to overcome them, though. But this is Euro '08, so who knows!

Was a very close game, could of gone either way but it came down to a Penaltiy shootout. The Azzurri missed 2 shots

Played back in the field, never got the attack going, looks like the plan was play for a penalty shoot out and fancied its chances.I see that worked....NOT!

Sure they missed 2 suspended non-start-players, but the whole series they where no where and only miracle/lucked its way through.

Would want the coaches blood, he will be hanged from the balls for a bit of sport and a lesson for all.

Lost to nothing teams/sides [other than France] thats the real pain
