    I just ordered some weber parts from Pierce manifold and they told me weber has filed chapt 11. main jet prices have doubled - geez, what next. anyway, get your spare parts while you can.

    according to jason at pierce, i guess its true. i am sure rebuild kits are going to be around for a bit, but at any rate, make sure you use genuine weber parts for a carb rebiuld instead of teh aftermarket kits. i had to rebuild my carbs a second time the right way after using an aftermarket kit. the gaskets etc are much better quality and match way better in a genuine weber kit - seriously..
