Trust me mate, until I clean/tidy/repaint the engine bay, I would never enter my car in a Concours event.

So start cleaning/tidying/repainting the engine bay !!!!!

 

I will next year when I remove the engine for the major/cam belt service.

 

put chains in it

 

What kind, push?, motor bike? or anchor

 

timming chains.

nah man just get an elastic band and tighten it up real nice , should go ok ...

 

just put a chev in it.

 

and a nos kit in it with a button on the gear stick............just remember to scream " i am the knight rider"........

 

That will probably be on the cards if I blow this engine up, as I will not be able to afford to rebuild it.
A stove hot 350 will fit nice and snug in the 348 engine cradle.
