    For those looking in West LA for a space to store their car collection, there's one currently on the market for sale. 10,177 SF with about 9,000+/- on the ground floor with the rest as a mezzanine. Currently being used to store a car collection. Shown by appointment only. Pricey at an asking price of $14 million but it's the location. Very hard to find something like this in West LA.

    It's not my listing but I'd be happy to present it and represent anyone interested. 28 years as a commercial broker in LA.
