Dino 03256 looks to be a decent driver/restoration candidate at $258. Image Unavailable, Please Login
1967-1974 Ferrari Dino 206 GT and 246 GT buying guide from Magneto magazine - Magneto some pictures I remember....
Later front end very common as that was all that was available from Ferrari when crash repair was needed. A good body shop would be able to put right easily. A complete lower nose section is available for around £3000-£3500 here in the UK Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
One picture, I do not really remember, but I definitely recognise… the red Dino with Dutch (black) license plate is mine, it is me behind the steering wheel. I have never seen this picture before… any idea how it ended up in this article??
04382 looks quite nice for $360. https://www.pcarmarket.com/auction/1972-ferrari-dino-246-gt-2/ Image Unavailable, Please Login
02898 looks very nice for $400. https://www.pcarmarket.com/auction/1972-ferrari-dino-246-gt-3/ Image Unavailable, Please Login
From this photo it appears it has US style front parking lights but side ones have been deleted. If true, I'm a bit surprised ti got to 400.
I would much prefer an L, even from Gullwing, @$467,500, even with usual hokey pokey description.....
Well Sergio, the 206 is no reserve, so it will sell. The L did not as too many small issues, which in my book does not paint a 'reputable picture'. Talk about paint, the colour was all wrong. Regards, Alberto
Today, I am really confused, If No Reserve, am I right in assuming it will sell, with the usual BaT commission?
BaT immediately collects the buyer's commission(credit card) at the conclusion of a NR auction. They put buyer and seller in direct contact to complete the transaction. If there are no points of contention BaT has no further involvement. These results cannot be corroborated.
On the 206, we're back to Eyetalian wannabees....Il Comandatore, goddness! Might that be Mr. Ezio Fahrari? And what about another 7 days? So someone else can reply on issues that do not pertain to them, If I am wrong, WHO is the seller? What a peculiar manner of running an auction. I can just see that at PB..... Sorry folks, see you next Thursday... Sounds straight out of Seinfeld
