I have a few small bearings that I want to repack. I cleaned them and got all of the dirt out and repacked them with Lithium grease and they worked well for my application but the grease would gradually come out in small increments. They are 1 1/4 inch OD bearings.
Is there a special bearing grease for these? Where is a good place to get it?

Lithium tends to liquify too much under pressure and heat. I've found the Mobil 1 Synthetic grease to work well on just about everything, from small bearings to CV joints. It's widely available, too.

    I concur w/Ric, Lithium won't take the heat &pressure.
Go with a moly based synthetic grease rated/recommended for CV joints.
That's about the most demanding automotive service. Anything that is good enough to work there will do the job in a less demanding environment.

    Recommendingly,

I used moly wheel bearing grease in my Weber carb bearings. Seems OK.........
