So, with the lunch thread, we might as well have a dinner thread. What are you planning on having for dinner? or What did you have for dinner? Dinner for me: Spaghetti O's PLUS Calcium
I might hit E&E stakeout grill tonight.............. for a little of this! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Bun sounds great. Wife is out on the town so we called Dominos... What can I say, I was feeling extra lazy
I had been craving a good burger lately so I threw some together tonight! Unfortunately I had no bacon though . In the burgers went shredded manchego cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, onion and an egg as an emulsifier. Overall, I was very happy .
No 'food' in the fridge, so 2 hot dogs, one with Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce & one with spicy brown mustard.
Tonight was nothing interesting but the other night I made Scallops in a tarragon butter sauce, angel hair pasta in a scallion sauce and an oven cooked Chateaubriand with a red wine shallot sauce. I was more than pleased with how the meal turned out. Sadly, the bottle of Cos d'Estournel that I was looking forward to drinking with the beef was corked. Drank a bottle of Whitehall Lane Cabernet instead. All in all a good night.
If Gulden's, we're on the same page with both types, as I am diggin' that Sweet Baby Ray's. Tri-tip; mashtoes; green beans; green salad, tomato, feta w/ olive oil/artichoke vinegar & dill seasoning. Washed down with a little Pinot Grigio.
Nope, some cheapo Heinz Spicy Brown Mustard, not too bad though. Sweet Baby Ray's is amazing stuff. Dinner Tonight: reheated frozen Pizza, apple juice and some chocolate cake.
Spaghetti O's plus calcium....really? They actually state plus calcium? Where exactly is the calcium coming from? Can't believe you're eating spaghetti o's though, lol. I'm on a budge too, but damn.
Monday night I sauteed chicken breast with thyme and lemon, steamed broccoli, and oven-roasted some Yukon potatoes with rosemary, salt, pepper, and olive-oil. It was really quite good.
