Haha! Plus we drove out from Maryland... quite the adventure. The steak was worth it.
    I’ll post the link.

Chicken breast. Yep for quinoa and beans. Usually don’t bake them but with the Shake’N Bake the wife didn’t have to watch over them on the stovetop. And I didn’t help. I stayed out of her way.

I had nothing for dinner. Stomach pains yesterday and had zero appetite. At 2am this morning I went to emergency, pain was that bad. Its either an infection or kidney stones, going back to hospital later today for cat scan.

That's no fun, hope you get over it quickly. Kidney stones with me have been really bad back pain. I've had one kinda bad and one that was more annoying. Luckily over both fairly easily.

Bread crumbs (used gluten free), salt, ground white pepper, Italian herbs. Used olive oil to coat first and baked on lemon slices.

Cool. I do a similar one. Italian herbs, breadcrumbs and parm, stiffed with ricotta. I also do a fast and easy one with french onion soup mix and a thin mayo coating as the adhesive. Works well. ;)

Mayo would be a good base. If doing it right we would use butter instead of olive oil. What my wife's mother used. The good'ol days! We almost never use butter. Sad.

We put mayo on broccoli. Big question - which brands do folks like? We use Dukes. Grew up with Miracle Whip. Mmmm.

Don't know Best Foods, but I don't do the shopping. Must be a lot of regional brands out there - recently read a list of the "best" mayo's and I didn't recognize half of them.

Ditto. One of my workers had the stones, and he said the back pain was brutal. Max - since you were just on the road - could it be food poisoning?
    Hope you feel better soon.

Comfort food last night. Grilled cheese sammie - buttered toast, Velveeta slices, crush in the George Forman grill. The soup was not mater soup, but cioppino. The dark liquid in the center is a generous glug of Tabasco Chipotle...T

I hate most condiments other than hot sauce. Wife likes Miracle Whip and, more recently, has started to use Hellmann's w/ olive oil - mostly on sammiches, or tuna fish salad...T

Kidney infection...…… The antibiotics seem to be working. I got a tuna fish sandwich at the hospital while waiting for the cat scan results.

    Per WebMD. Feel better soon...T

    How to Feel Better
To help ease your symptoms, you can:
    • Drink plenty of fluids to flush out the bacteria.
    • Get extra rest.
    • Sit on the toilet, don’t squat over it, which can prevent your bladder from completely emptying
    • Take a pain reliever with acetaminophen but avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen.
    • Use a heating pad on your belly, back, or side
