You guys are putting me to shame. I made a big ole batch of something I haven't made in a bit. Egg roll in a bowl. This time I used one lb of ground chicken, 1 lb of ground pork, a whole head of cabbage and a few carrots. Can't forget a touch of toasted sesame oil, some sambal, and of course the water chestnuts. Pretty tasty and have been eating leftovers for three days now. I cooked up some jasmine rice to eat it over this time.

Baby back ribs and mac n cheese tonight...……………. They found a cyst in my right kidney. Waiting for the hospital to call to set up an appointment for a cat scan. This will see if its cancerous or not. I'm hoping its nothing!

That’s the ticket..... The juice is actually pretty nice with just a touch of salt added. I had two bunches that needed used up quickly before it faded. I thought they'd pair nicely, both being botanical extracts, and they did.
Here its probably the best fast food burger in town. Added bonus they have a liquor license, so they serve mixed drinks and beer.

Ah...Fat Burger. I have a long history with that place. Bottom line is the burgers are good, better than any fast food place, on par but different than I&O. Longer story made short, there was a very sketchy one right across the street from my college freshman dorm. We didn’t even consider trying it...years later I went to another one and it was great. Later, Magic Johnson bought the chain. Years after that a dorm-mate of mine bought the chain.
Woah! I watched Schindler’s List in the theater this week and noted he was eating Pierogis in one scene. Between that scene and your pic, I’ve now got a major craving. I’m going to Krakow for Christmas and will be having them constantly to get my fix.
There is a thread in silver on McDonalds employee's. Got me craving a big mac and shake. So that's what I did last night. My grand mother was born and raised in Manitoba. She learned how to make perogies there. Hers where awesome. I sometimes buy a package, but they are not as good!
Well, when it comes to pierogies, the only benefit to having Ania around is access to her mother and her amazing homemade pierogies Ania still needs to perfect hers... I just got a pic of her mom making some this week...the item in the front of the pic is the mushroom and onion stuffing for the pierogies. These smaller pierogi are intended to go in the traditional beet soup served on Christmas Eve.
