Where to get an ECU tune on a 430?

Over the winter, I had Agency Power headers installed on my 2006 430 Spider. The car already had a Tubi exhaust installed by the original owner and it is now insanely loud.

Aside from that, there is a LOT of popping, rumbling, etc. going on, to the point of annoyance (I know that a certain amount of this is "musical") indicating unignited fuel getting into the exhaust system. I assume a tune of the ECU is in order. Can anyone recommend a place in the Chicago area, preferably north or northwest suburbs?

 

Thanks. I thought maybe fuel mixture too rich, but from what I am able to gather, it is the nature of the current setup. I appreciate your honesty though.
