Hell let me try. I can spin out, hit things, crash other people, screw up the car, miss pit stops and generally have a horrible day and they would not have to pay me anything. As a matter of fact I'll pay 500 dollars for the opportunity.

Bottas to the SF, not thought of that but as someone else has said, it would bring lots of "material" with him. Lets face it F! has always been a spy game anyway.

However I fear it is rumours being circulated by a disenchanted Bottas and to give due warning to Team Mercedes - I'm off if nothing improves and have a few heavy suitcases to pack as well.

Dont know to much about Antonio Giovanazzi except he was born on the 14 Dec same as me albeit 37 years later, why not stick him in the car but a little risky don't you think.

More likely Vettel would add another WDC to his trophy cabinet.
He is excellent in an excellent car, as is Hamilton.
9 WDC's between them, both in dominant cars.

Vettel needs to retire. His frequent mistakes when under pressure are not acceptable. The car is not up to the level of Mercedes so to throw away any opportunities is not acceptable at this level.

Ricciardo has been kept away from the other Merc seat for long enough.
    He is faster than Bottas

  9. Both Ricciardo and Max are a natural fit at Ferrari. Their all-out aggresive style of driving is 100% Ferrari DNA. Passion and fury at the wheel. And no matter how dysfunctional the team may be (at times if not most of the time lately), they would make it happen. Unless Ferrari totally screws up the car, the victories and titles are guaranteed.

Despite our hopes, Schumi v2 with Vettel just didn't happen. I really like the guy, but it's time to get rid of him. He's had his chance and didn't capitalize on it.

I like your optimism and "team spirit", even if history has proven the above statement incorrect.

Vettel, like Kimi, is now a #2 driver. But the real problem is the team leadership. And the management psychology behind that leadership. One must sadly admit it seems to be cultural...the nature of Italian culture. Just as French culture is responsible for the best and worst about France. Mercedes is dominating because that is the nature of German culture. Ferrari's best years under Michael were partially the result of no serious competition in terms of resources and unlimited finances...and the leadership of non-Italians.

Mercedes F1 is a British company. British design, British engineering, British organization.
    Toto Wolfe is Austrian.
Germany just sends them cheque to get its branding.

And being German I can laugh at all these "German virtues".... Don´t you think we have enough companies over here that do not work as properly as some would expect because of "German virtues". And I can tell you that the nickname for the companies head office here in Stuttgart is "Bull-**** Castle"...

I hear them playing God Save the Queen when Lewis wins...but for the manufacturer they play the German national anthem. An Austrian is just a sour kraut.

A similar analogy could be made to the old Ford GT40 program. The check writer always wins.

Nobody says that in German... because when Schrempp tried to make this an international company one needed an international name... -> "Bull-**** Castle"
The first is obvious, the castle is where king Schrempp granted his audiences

Oh, disappointing: the drawbacks of globalization. My German is quite inadequate, but Kuhscheißestein or Kuhscheißeburg sound a lot better.

Yes the bogus National Anthems for teams has been discussed here ad nauseum. The only authentic one is Italian - but Ferrari rarely wins so it's academic.
    Team anthems should be binned.

I see Jackie Stewart hanging around the F1 circuits. Doesn't look like he's driving for any team. Why was he deliberately excluded in your list?

How did you reach that conclusion? Curious because as far as I know one of them have 5 world titles (6 in the end of this year) and the other one zero...
