    I don't know any butcher who can get A5 grade Wagyu similar to what I got a Megu in NY

    There's a certain extra enjoyment to a home cooked meal. Think about it, you, with a beautiful cut of meat, grilling it to perfection. Cooking the sides just as you like it. Enjoying the meal at home, without the need to leave, make it in time for reservations, find parking, mental math for the tip.

    The cost of meat at most butcher shops aren't that high compared to restaurant prices for the meal, and I have yet to seriously find that much difference in taste if prepared properly.
