Why not buy a GT or Spider instead?

    So the 570S/Spider and GT are all priced very close, which begs the question- why get the 570S instead of the GT or Spider, which cost just a tad more? The obvious answer is tracking and affordability, but if affordability is the main issue, then the 540C is an option, and if tracking is the most important thing, there's the 600LT...

    So if you want the balance of performance and affordability, I can understand buying the 570S, but it just seems that McLaren is really diluting that price point... Of course you may have purchased a 570S before any of the other options existed, but I digress. What do you think about these models and their pricing?

    I think their main interest is pumping out new models and could care about current owners unless they are selling them an overpriced driving event. Still love the cars, though!
