Will they manage to get the 60 points indicated in the name of the car: F60?
Well if they keep going at the same rate they are, they will need 8 points in the last race of the season to get 60 points. Which is why i voted No, but i think we all hope that they don't just keep at the same rate and they do alot better. So we'll see.
Definitely agreed. Still wondering whether they would have reached 60 points with continued development. Not convinced they would have.
Assuming a 4th and 7th place on average - 7 points per race, it should be do-able. Currently have: 26 points Will earn: 7 pts * 9 races * 20% discount = ~50 points Total: 76 points
While I'm not convinced, I think they would have a legitimate shot at getting to 60 if they developed the car throughout the season. It seems as though the field is getting tighter and Ferrari has certainly improved since Australia.
We're past the halfpoint mark of the season with 32 points, but Ferrari officially announced the end of the development of the F60. Time to put in your votes.
Massa seems to still be trying. He's averaged just over 4 points per race since the new package in Spain. McLaren seems to have a faster package, now, but it looks like it might be a handful to drive. It might take away some of Ferrarii's potential "best of the rest" points. So whether the Ferrari team can total more than 60 points for the season may depend on one question: How well does the F60 respond to a scandinavian flick?

Thing is they have said they have not developed the car further, however it is further up the grid from when this was said, Brawn appear to have taken a backward step, but that cannot account for the rest. However with only 1 driver capable of scoring points..!!!
Indeed but..... they've got 46 points now, which means only 14 more points is needed with 6 races to go (including tomorrow). Thats an average of just over 2 points a race. I'm gonna change my mind and say, yes.
1 driver left, no more developement, the teams behind getting better every race, We might not make it to 60.
I can't wait to retire this thread for good. With 60 points the honor will be saved. And now at least the F60 won't go down in history as a winless car.
