    Out of Albon, Russell and Norris this year, maybe one of them will turn out to be alright in years to come.

    Notice that I didn't include Ocon who, I predict, will be another can or worms like Alonso.

    FA would have won in the car Vettel has lost 2 titles in potentially, given his ability to extract more out of a car than others. Few have this quality.

    Opinion was he took the car to be competitive when it should not have been. Just ask Kimi or Felipe. One pass wins the title in Abu Dhabi but was stuck behind Petrov no??

    Williams would be the perfect place for Alonzo...it would give outside confirmation on how bad the Williams car is or their current drivers.

    Rumours in the paddock that Alonso is now planning to become an Astronaut.

    As a sign of respect the F1 teams have set up a fund to help him achieve this,to prove once and for all that he is the best at everything he does.

    They announced that they only have enough for a one way ticket to the Moon in 2021, a spokesman for the F1 group said 'that should be enough'

    Aha....
    Title -> good driver
    No title -> bad driver
    How simple a world view can be....and all that when it is far more the car than the driver ;)

    Alonso!! You know you love him Pedro, I heard you have his poster on your bedroom ceiling so when you are making love to the mrs, you can think of alonso! Hehehehehehehe. Only joking buddy, I reckon you would almost vote for Elton before alonso!, but not quite, of course

    would like to see him back

    making trouble in teams? Does it look like I care. I'm not working in any of them? Beside that, did he really? Who has info first hand? I guess nobody really.

    to MB. No way with hamilton still there
    to RB. Honda will veto this
    To Fer. Why not? The scuderia took back Kimi after a not so clean seperation. If Vettle quits this year they do not have many options beside a few second tier drivers available.

    I think Alonso still is one of the greats. And still able to bring the WCC

    When he left Ferrari and joined McLaren (to my complete astonishment) I predicted that Alonso would never win a GP, so a WCC is out of the question.
    So far my prophesy proved to be right; at McLaren he only played the prima dona and finally left F1, to most people"s relief.
    He was partly responsible for the decline at Ferrari where several key technical staff were sacked because of him.
    He repeated that in his next team and almost wrecked McLaren being partly responsible for the costly Honda divorce with Woking.
    People have to stop looking at Alonso through rose-tinted glasses: he maybe a talented driver but he brings discord everywhere he goes.
    Cohesion and good atmosphere in a team are essential ingrédients to success.

    You don't need to win a GP to be part of a WCC winning team;)
