No, I think I remember correctly. The drag equation assumes a constant drag coefficient, and drag will vary as the square of velocity. Thus, the resultant power needed to overcome this drag will vary as the cube of velocity. Pd=Fd * v=1/2pv3 ACd (pardon my not knowing how to do superscript) Am I mistaken? Because my old aerodynamics instructor will be p*ssed.
No, I am! You are absolutely correct. I am used to thinking in terms of the force (in this case provided by torque) required to accelerate a body or overcome a force and I believe my statement re. torque needing to be x4 is also correct. As you stated above, however, the drag to be overcome by the car increases as square of velocity, but the power required to overcome that drag increases as the cube of velocity. I truly am an anal idiot!
I refer to that as an ass-monkey. However, both of you are so "way over my head" with all your mathemagic, perhaps I'll just go back to my spamming ways.
No. However, in certain States you can be cited for not keeping right except to pass. Connecticut is one of those. Maryland is not.
Ginger was a skank. Mary Ann is the only logical choice. Although she's gotta be Mrs. Howell's age by now. DM

Wow - she looks great; a lot of folks would put coin in that slot. Any recent photos of Tina Louise? Mary Ann or Ginger? I'll bet producer Sherwood Schwartz knows!
