How about the hundreds of thousands of citizens who are still alive who suffered greatly at the hands of the Nazi's. For someone in his position to show such disregard for the history of his own country is a disgrace. Should I now look at the skin heads in town who dress this way as they are just being silly? I don't think so. Maybe he can go as a inbred hillbilly for his next party, That I would find funny

Well, it was a response to someone calling anothe guy an idiot for saying that we should but out of what he does at a private party and I agree. I just mentioned this because Bush did something immoral to when he made fun of a cause that wasn't even remotely fun either.

 

Yes he can do whatever he wants . He could even be a neo nazi, there would be nothing we could do about it. All we can do is condamn his behaviour and lack of respect for his countrymen who died fighting the nazis and we do this because he is a public personality and might be the king one day ( i dont believe in this BS that he doesnt want this lifestyle ..)

Well, I can't and wont draw any conclusion on whether he want's his lifestyle or not. But what ever he chooses to dress up like at a private party is none of my business and that's that. And my eyes GWB's little stunt was just as immoral. And yes, I know that it's not the same number of people who have died, but casualty numbers is not an issue. They both ****ed up..

I based my post on someone being called an idiot for saying that it's none of our business what Harry does at a private party, in which he is right. I brought up GWB's little stunt, in which no one thinks there something wrong with. And if people don't think there's something wrong with that, they should keep their mouth shut about what Harry did. That was what I meant with my post.

Last time I checked both those places and the UK were free countries where you have the freedom to do whatever you want. I have been to many costume parties were people have dressed like Lenin, Al Capone and various other horrible people.. That's the idea of a party like this. You shouldn't take offense.. In the end, I would agree. It is not a very wise choice to incl. the Nazi Cross (What the correkt term in english) - And I think it would be a healthy lesson for him to see Auschwits.

I agree about ur idea of a costume party but you gotta draw a limit somewhere. Al Capone was a gangster , he didnt want to exterminate jews, Ziganes , Communists etc..
I wouldnt wear a Nazi costume nor would i dress up like Ben Laden or Petain or Mussolini or Staline.

I hope he learns a lot going to Auschwitz as well. But i doubt he ll change that much.

1st off. Prince Harry is 3rd in line for the crown. It does not look good, regardless of humor, for a possible future King to disgrace the memory of fallen countrymen. The war is still fresh in the memory of many of the English. And yes I AM qualified to make that statment.

You see Jonas, The Brit's did not rollover like the French and Den's to the German's in WWII. They found hard, and long to protect themselves. The had V-1 rockets fired from German on a nightly basis. They faced a possible invasion many times for many years.

It is a disgrace.
