(i should have taken a pick of the bed, he had some contraption which i presume is what lowers and lifts the car. we literally LOL when we saw it)

yea alot of the time trucks keep the air in the bed and it looks like a big propane tank or something really tacky to see it sitting out in the open like that. But of course the whole truck is tacky so it all goes hand in hand i suppose.

That truck will raise before he drives off. It's simple hydrauics or air bladders.

body is channeled out and dropped on the chasis, which may be channeled as well. because of this the hood has to be cut out for the engine which doesnt move in ref to the rest. engine looks stock. not my cup of tea but i guess to each his own. ps i like the Pcar!

That was just hilarious when we spotted that thing. You thought it was just a pickup truck body sitting on the ground!! Made my day. It looks even better in the pictures!

The most valuable lesson learned here is: always keep the camera in the car!!!

Bags are ran off tanks. So as long as the tanks have air your fine and its a NO NO to go let your tanks go below a certain %. Also if they did go to low, they run of battery power so you could just turn the ingt. on and let him build up air. Thats how

Not to be rude, but after reading this and some other posts I must say that I am saddened by the conduct and lack of class that some people on here are showing. While probably nobody on this board would ever think of spending money on that (including me), the owner of that truck is probably pretty proud of what he/she has. Even if you do not like it, do not insult the fact that the owner likes it. That is someones pride and joy, and it is just plain wrong to make comments like, 'The funniest part is that he thinks he's really got something there,' because this owner does have something. A vehicle that he/she is proud of, just like all of us here are proud of our cars. Please think about that.

While I agree with your sentiment, I think you're overreacting.

I won't critique the owner's intelligence, but I will critique his customization of his Chevy.
Look at the truck. Everything about it is bone stuck except:

    1. Wheels
    2. Airbag suspension
    3. The big friggin' hole he cut in the hood.

Certainly says a lot about priorities, if nothing else.
