obviously (in my humble opinion) ferraris should be red, with cream leather and red carpets.

    but..........

is the cream hard to keep clean and does it show signs of dirt easily?

therefore, would tan leather be more servicable for frequent use and does it look as good?

black isnt an option i hate black interiors..(sorry)

I agree with you on the red cars, but cream with red carpets :( Yuk! I think that is a crap colour combo. But each to their own buddy. Red/tan is the go :D

I think black metallic (nero?) looks best with cream... but I prefer tan over cream.

I have a black Metallic 308... which I love the color it has Cream - Crema interior... and its sucks to keep clean and it also shows all the blemishes... so you are always trying to keep a new Character crease from getting dirt in it... I think Tan - or Saddle is really the best color...they both look bette the more they wear. the crema just looks old and tired... unless you redye them often... Mine has black piping which looks nice but is a pain to recolor.

i once looked at a black/crema 328 and i thought it was the nicest color combo i had ever seen. that TR a few posts up looks great in that combo. but it does indeed show dirt easily. most of the dirt on the interior of the 328 i looked at was visible on the seats and other crema pieces. personally, that wouldn't stop me from buying a car with that color, i think red/crema, black/crema, silver/crema or sera blue/crema are really nice.

once, a costumer of ours ordered a red 360 with tan interior and by some strage mix up it came with red seats, didn't look very nice, BUT once the new seats got installed it looked PERFECT!, personally i like black but tan since it's darker keeps much cleaner than cream

Aesthetically I prefer cream with almost any exterior color. Tan is just too harsh & does not complement the exterior color. Maybe tan with a white or black car, but everything else (including blue, silver, grey, red, yellow) looks best with cream or black interior.

When I order a 430 it will be rosso fiorano with crema interior. I think crema goes very well with a lot of the darker colors except for titanium.

Cuoio is a very rich, warm shade between brown and beige, darker than tan though. It is stunning with Nero, Rosso Corsa, TDF Blue, Titanio, Ingrio, and Grigio Alloy.

After cuoio, I prefer Sabbia, which is very light beige. It is very beautiful with nero, argento, rosso monza and grigio alloy. It is too light for rosso corsa, titanio, and most other colors.

Honestly, I don't see the difference between crema and sabbia but in the flesh their may be some difference.

If you're concerned about blemishes on the lighter shades I'm sure there's some protectant for even Ferrari's leather. I use a scotchguard-like protectant on a pair of $600 Bruno Magli's that are Cuoio. I'm sure you could find something safe for Ferrari's cowskins. ;)

The interior is for the eye to enjoy when at stoplights or in traffic or when simply beholding the view when the car is parked. ;)

I saw a 360 red spider with Sabia leather, daytona seats, black inserts and piping. That is the color my 430 spider will be someday. I thought is was beautiful.

not a fan of tan, personally, and I LIKE your crema with red carpets idea. I have seen a 355 in rosso fiorano with dark red carpets and crema leather and it is stunning. Search in the UK section - someone over there has a red car with red carpet and crema seats in a 348 that looks beautiful.

    Get what you like.

    Cheers

Cuoio is terrific. Such a rich looking colour, it is wonderful. It even smells btter than other colours ;-) When it is time for my Ferrari 456 or Maser Coupe purchase it will have to have a cuoio (cuoio sella in case of the Maser) interior. Exterior colour I am flexible. But not the interior. After all, i will spend more time looking at the inside of the car than looking at the outside.

That might be a good plan for my Vitello Caffe Testonis ;)

P.S. Ebay is not just good for Ferraris :p
