That's a terrible sight,i wish my condolances to his relatives. It really looks like a bomb indeed, how can a car get ript apart like that?i just cant imagine.
Bollox, that ain't an Enzo. People die in thousands every day behind the wheel, just because someone dies in a more-than-usually expensive car doesnt make it more interesting, rather less. Cage, harness and raceseat should become mandatory in all cars then this would happen a LOT less often

We'll take the apology under advisement. EDIT: This is the result of me taking it under advisement http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=81842
Not mine, Yin. Although irony is one of my favorite things Self-referential reposted repost photos...could they cause a "butterfly effect" and cause an Enzo crash? Hmmmmm...a metaphysical vendetta.
They built #400 for the Tsunami Relief Auction, IIRC. And I've also been told the 'display cars' do not count in the 399 figure, nor do any Factory Mules....... *Carbon McCoy screaming, running from the room* Actually, there hasn't been any hard updated info on this thread, since the original post! LOL!
If I Recall Correctly.. Publically sold Enzos = 399.....the for the Tsunami Fundraiser they built one special one to make 400 'publically sold' cars...... So any time one is destroyed, as in this sad incident, "those that keep up with such things' try to retally the quantity remaining.....my point was THAT number will be 'off' by a few cars NOT sold to the public...R&D chassis, etc. Welcome...sad thread, though.....
Just saw it posted on another board, I don't know if it has been posted, anyone know the real stroy? http://www.racingsyndicate.net/index.php?showtopic=4240&st=0&p=51334&
