    No prizes for guessing where I went today.
    I’m pretty sure it’s the first time the jet has been in there to pick up patients.

    From there we went to a place called Kiwirrkurra which is a dirt strip about 600km west of Alice.
    Again I think it’s the first time one of our jets has landed on dirt to pick up a patient.

    That was the easy bit. The hard bit was getting it in and out of a tiny parking spot! :eek:

    At least one was. Apparently one was taking off and one was landing. And yes, I would have thought there would be some sort of procedure to follow to avoid something like that happening.
