Another example of why you don't know what you're talking about. If a company splits its stock or issues a stock dividend, the stock doesn't continue to trade at its last price; it trades at the price divided by the dilution factor. So no, you don't suddenly have an additional $1.2M just because the company issued more pieces of paper.
