Brings the expensive car to the office and stops paying the employees.

    NOT smart.

I liked the commentary concerning the sticky buttons. :D

On a serious note though, it's sad the driver is going to lose his commercial driver's lisence, and, adding insult to injury, get sued by the owner and insurance company for deliberate damage, if OP's story is valid.

Seems we'll have to wait for official court documents with the testimonies of both business owner and the respective truck driver.

Oops, that is, for sure, not going to buff out.

I've had disgruntled employees. Actually had one back over a company car with his jacked up pickup truck, which he claimed was an accident, just after his annual review.

I've had one threaten to do me bodily harm, and I wasn't the guy that fired him. (Although the manager who did asked me to be in the room when he did, and I was.)

Sometimes there's just no working it out with crazy.

Side note? NEVER, ever did I drive my Ferrari to work.

Worst part? No matter what, one of the owner's insurance companies is going to pay the claim for the totaled car, and his rates will go up, etc, etc.

It's not the driver that is insured, it's the vehicle, right?
